In this role, you’ll be handling calls and digital enquiries, helping residents by diagnosing and raising repairs, and keeping everyone in the loop, from residents and colleagues to contractors.
We’re open for customers between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday, so you’ll need to work flexibly within these hours.
This role is based at our office in Maidstone.
You’ll be expected to complete your training and probation from the office., with hybrid working options available following this.
About you
If you’re confident using your initiative, great with systems, and enjoy getting things done, you’ll fit right in. Experience in a customer contact centre is helpful, but don’t worry if you’re new to it — we’ll give you all the training you need.
• Fantastic communication skills: you listen well, take things in, and explain information clearly and simply.
• Confidence using multiple systems: you can multitask and navigate different applications quickly.
• Resilience: you stay calm and positive, even when customers are having a tough day.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• A positive, can do attitude: you enjoy helping people and solving problems.
• Experience in repairs & maintenance (a bonus, but not essential).
About the team
You will work as part of a team of xx offering a comprehensive repairs service to maintain resident safety, security and warmth. This will include emergency, routine, and planned maintenance.
